It’s commonplace to eat eggs for breakfast. This includes different types of breakfast egg recipes that are quick to prepare and also delicious. Often they’re also quite fast – so much so that you may find them cooking before you even knew it! Eggs can be paired with bread, pancakes or just boiled on their own in some cases. 1. Scrambled Eggs:

This is one of my favourite go-to recipes for eggs when I’m in a hurry but still want something satisfying. It’s extremely simple to put together and can be spiced up with some fresh herbs like dill or coriander, making it even more delicious!


  • 1 or 2 eggs as per requirement.
  • Refined oil or butter.
  • Chopped onions 2 tbsp.
  • Chopped Ginger ½ tbsp.
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp.
  • Parsley, chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning.
  • Green chillies chopped 1-2 as per choice.


  • Break the eggs in a bowl and add seasonings such as salt, pepper, chopped onions, tomatoes (optional), ginger (optional) and green chillies.
  • Now place a frying pan onto medium heat and coat the bottom with some oil or butter.
  •  Pour in the egg mixture when the oil is heated. Let it cook for 1 min.
  • Take a wooden ladle and stir the omelette so that all its ingredients are mixed together. Once it has been properly stirred and cooked, add the fresh herbs according to preference.
  • Take this dish out of the oven and let it cool before serving with bread and butter.

2. Egg Cheese Sandwich:

This sandwich is a healthy variation of what most people would think of as a typical grilled sandwich. It has tons of flavor, and the cheese in it won’t ruin your diet either – so go ahead and try it for breakfast! If you’re someone who tries to avoid eating too much cheese (especially during the morning hours), then make sure you only do it once every week or so. You might also save these sandwiches until there are holiday- they’ll always be worth it!

  • Boiled eggs.
  • Cheddar cheese.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Tomato sauce.
  • Mixed dried herbs.
  • Fresh coriander chopped.
  • Fresh parsley chopped.
  • Butter.
  • Bread slices.


  • You’ll need to hard-boil the eggs before you start cooking them. You can do this by placing the eggs in a pressure cooker with enough water to cover them and wait for it to come up to boiling temperature. Once they’re done, take them out and peel them under cold running water.
  • Slice the eggs thinly and carefully.
  • Now lather up the breads with butter and spread some tomato sauce over it. Put an egg, sprinkled with salt, pepper, dried mixed herbs and coriander leaves on top of each slice.
  • Now take a grater and grate cheddar cheese onto this. You can use as little or as much cheese as you want to!
  • Now place these slices of bread over the grill grates and allow them to grill until the cheese has melted.
  • Do not cook the breads for too long because they will turn hard. You can serve these right away, or keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to eat them again.
