The Akshay Kumar starrer Bellbottom received decent reviews from critics but its release was hindered due to India’s ban on drugs containing cannabis which caused few people to go out and see it in theaters. With only 53 screens for it, the film managed to make $18,490 USD (approximately Rs 13.73 lacs) at the U.K box office during its opening day which totalled up to $33,627 USD (approximately Rs 24.98 lacs) after its second day.
