The new SS Rajamouli directed film starring Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn entitled RRR was released last Friday. The movie which had 8000 screens in the Indian market opened strong. After an exceptional opening weekend where it brought in nearly USD$90 million (approximately Rs. 579 crores) the business of RRR has shown strong returns on its first Monday while grossing approximately USD$17 million (approximately Rs 83 crore). With this the total earnings for RRR are now totalling over USD$91 million (approximately Rs 580 crores).

Looking ahead, experts predict that RRRs success will only continue growing because it looks set to enter the elite group of 100 Crore Club by Day 5 and cross the Rs 150 Cr mark within its first week!
